General
Where are your products made?
At this time our products are made overseas in China. It is a huge goal for us to bring all of our production and fulfillment to the United States. We appreciate you supporting us in these early days so that our business can grow and scale to meet this goal.
Ordering
The item I want is out-of-stock, when will it be available?
On each product listing you can sign up to be notified when an item is restocked. Subscribing to our newsletter is also a great way to stay updated on new launches, restocks, sales, and more.
Do you offer wholesale?

Shipping & Returns
How long will it take to get my order?
- Hats: Ship out in 1–3 business days for stocked styles. Standard shipping is 5–7 business days.
- Apparel: Printed to order to reduce waste and support our small business. Please allow up to 21 business days for production and delivery.
- Combined orders: Hats and apparel ship separately. You’ll receive multiple tracking links and packages if you order both.
Do you accept returns?
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase! Our Return Policy gives you 15 calendar days after delivery to return items that don't meet your expectations. We currently do not offer returns for refunds. All sale items are considered final sale. Please be sure to read our item descriptions for sizing recommendations and / or email us with any questions so we can help!
Eligibility
Items are eligible for return if they meet these requirements:
- Returned within 15 calendar days after delivery
- Must have receipt or proof of purchase
- Items must be in original, unwashed, and unworn condition
Returns that don't meet these conditions may be denied or subject to restocking fees.
Process
1. Start your return at our returns portal
2. Select items you wish to return and provide reason for return
3. Upload photos and describe item condition if requested
4. Print your prepaid return label when provided
5. Package items securely
6. Ship to the provided returns address
Refunds
- Refunds process as store credit once we receive and inspect your returned items
- Processing takes 2 business days after your return has been received
- Store credit has no expiration date and can be used for future purchases
- Damaged, defective, or incorrect items receive priority processing
Do you offer international shipping?
At this time we do not offer international shipping, but we hope to in the future.
My item arrived damaged.
We do our best to catch any defects before shipment, but mistakes can happen. Please email hello@heartvision.co if you experience any issue with your order so we can make it right.
What if my package is lost or stolen?
Heart Vision is not responsible for packages once they’re marked “delivered” by the carrier. If your order appears to be missing, please check with neighbors or your local post office and contact the shipping carrier to file a claim. You can also email support@heartvision.co — we’ll do our best to assist you in locating your order.
Product Care
How should I take care of my garment?
Our garments are printed with non-toxic water-based inks.
To extend the life of your item, follow these care instructions:
- Machine wash cold, inside out, with similar colors and mild detergent.
- Use delicate cycle.
- Air dry only (do not tumble dry).
- Do not soak or rub.
- If ironing is needed, use warm setting and iron inside out.
